Joe moved to Atlanta in 1996 to attend a graduate program at Emory. Upon completing his master’s degree in business, he decided Atlanta was better than returning up north. He has lived in the Virginia Highland neighborhood ever since. Joe is a firm believer in the in-town market and has been developing and selling infill office, condo and single family properties since 1999. He is passionate about historic renovation and adaptive re-use, but also enjoys quality new construction that fits in with Atlanta’s historic in-town neighborhoods. Joe is a valuable resource for anyone debating between renovating versus new construction. Joe likes to minimize his carbon footprint and prides himself on driving less than 3,000 miles/year. The downside?--he is only an expert in the Virginia Highland and Morningside neighborhoods as he rarely ventures beyond.
